Quick Update

So, I'm a bad blogger these days, again. Probably will always happen from time to time for me. Anyway, here's a picture for you all. Julia is doing two of the things she enjoys lots, talking to Daddy on the (speaker) phone and eating (her wheel or "honeycomb on steroids").

I will need to high jack Dave's camera one of these days and download the Julia pictures so you can see her in the snow we had last week. We went out several times (for very short stints) to see the snow and (trying) to play in it. Julia could not do much, seeing as she can't walk and was kind of puffy in her snow suit, but it was cool none the less.

She is just now sitting up from a lying position these days. She scoots herself backwards, but it is not really a backwards crawl. She still is doing the "roll" to get around, no real crawling happening. She loves to roll the ball (I have a video I have to high jack too) back and forth with anyone. She does a great 360 (Uncle Joel thinks this is funny) to maneuver in different directions. This works with the "roll" to get her around. She is saying "ma ma ma ma" a lot this week. Sometimes for Mom, sometimes for Dad, sometimes for anything else (it could be for Grandma-ma or Maw Maw too). She does a light pat when you ask her to give you five (sometimes). She is getting about 2/3rds of the guesses right when I ask her what things are from her books (of words, colors, and animals).

More soon, I hope. Just wanted to put an update for the faithful followers (like Grandpa). Oh, and YUN G-dad is now Grandpa, we think. He was Pap at Christmas time. Not quite sure what YUN G-mom is yet. She did not like Nana. She wants Julia to just call her whatever she wants and that will be it. She may just be the other Grandma, but who knows.
